Organic, soothing and balancing – Cattier Paris
Since 1968, Cattier has been committed to bringing consumers all the richness and benefits of nature, without harming it. Founder Pierre Cattier became a pioneer in organic cosmetics after launching skin care and hygiene products formulated with natural ingredients sourced partly from organic farming.
Cattier Paris is against animal testing and I know this aspect is so important to many of us. Plus, the packaging is made from recyclable materials.
I know this brand for some years now when I first tried their nourishing body milk. These lotions have organic essential oils like exotic verbena, lemon, bergamot orange and geranium, jojoba oil and shea butter. The ingredients hydrate, soothe and heal the skin on a long term.
Now I added to my kit the white clay hand cream. This light formula also has Brazil nut oil as revitaliser, organic vegetable oils of jojoba, sunflower, evening primrose and macadamia nut. Always keeping it in my purse during the day. And the weekend.
On my list come fall it’s the coconut butter face day cream thanks to its antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Furthermore, the organic jojoba oil unifies the complexion, maintains the skin’s natural hydration and leaves a non-greasy protective film.
Almonds are great inside and out. It’s never too late to include a vegetable oil into your skin care routine. Sweet almond oil proves its benefits pure or mixed with other vegetable oils. This one can be used pure on the face, body and hair. Apply it on the face before your day or night cream. It moisturizes and nourishes all skin types but especially sensitive complexions. Finally, none of Cattier’s products have been tested on animals, in compliance with the bill of specifications of Ecocert Greenlife. Stay healthy and friendly!
