Details at our feet: embroidered boots that make an outfit stand out

I think this shoe trend hasn’t reached yet its full potential. Maybe because people think that investing in embroidered boots is not wise because they are not so versatile. Still, mixing styles became a fashion rule so my advice is to go for the most gorgeous pair whether it’s suede or textile. Enjoy reading!

Black suede and floral embroidery – immortal. Am I right? I really love the shape and the retro-classy allure. So beautiful to match with a sheer long dress and natural wavy hair or with a leather shorts & fringe bag outfit. Miss Selfridge shoes here.

Western movies (the good ones) meet Paris – the city of lights. A long description for a pair of booties but this Isabel Marant goat leather item deserves it 🙂 You must try it with a satin slip dress and a long sweater on top. Click here to see more.

Kat Maconie is a London based footwear designer who launched her label in 2009. This kid suede ankle pair with embroidered dancing man decor and architectural lucite heel would look so amazing with cropped washed jeans and an oversized knit jacket. Or with a minimal blue dress and a chunky necklace. Don’t forget to put a graphic make-up on. See price here.

Reminding us of old granny’s carpets and textile shoppers, these  Rebecca Minkoff boots are comfy day or night thanks to the thick heel. Wear them with a denim dress and a satin bomber jacket on chill autumn weekends, switching to a simple velvet mini when out partying. Details here or by clicking the photo below.

Tassels and pink floral embroidery anyone? These Sam Edelman boots are feminine and boho at the same time. Of course you can wear them at a concert (especially if you are petite and you need to see something, anything). Combine this round toe pair with a pinstripe shirt dress and a felt hat.
