Whistles fall 2016 – effortlessly addicted

Whistles is a British label launched in the 70’s. Its modern vision meets chic classic pieces into effortless collections. Their fit and accents remind me of the era the brand debuted in London. Here is my top 3 favorite items from fall/winter though it was difficult to choose just a few.

It’s hard to say that a ribbed sweater will be out of style. The color blocking sends me back to the 60’s so why not wearing it with a wool pencil skirt and some quirky specs? Shop here.

ALI STRIPE RIB KNIT whistle

This patchwork spaghetti strap dress is a contemporary piece that looks great in any season. Style it with Roman sandals while it’s still warm outside, but switch to layering it with a turtleneck or a T-shirt and a leather jacket on top when it will get chillier. See here.

This marbled stone pair is so feminine and sophisticated! It reminds me of the movie “The Man From Uncle” where the ladies wore a lot of architectural or geometric earrings. I see these gold tone ones next to a mohair sweater and a suede A-line skirt or mixed with a burgundy long vest and classic trousers. Click here or on the picture below for price details.
