To Copenhagen, darlings!
I know it’s not Paris or NY, but I would pick Copenhagen any time for a trip during fashion week. Fall trends are on display in the Dutch capital as we speak and Malene Birger stole the spotlight last night with her versatile, day to day pieces.
The collection is created for young, talented professionals, the type that work hard and style hard. You’ll be impressed by her modern take on pant suits and pencil skirts and her creative use of fur and other cosy fabrics. Velvets, silks & knits are the focal point of Malene Birger’s collection, so we’ll have a very lush and warm season.
Please notice the mix-and-match suit, the fur collars, the purple layering (so much love) and the over the knee boots. The imagery is so simple, yet so complex, just like any great outfit should be.
Thank you, Malene Birger, I am definitely in awe of this collection and will clearly get some inspiration for my fall outfits. Will you?
