The year’s almost gone so we thought we needed a fashion retrospective.
Here are the items that haunted our days, nights and parties – the pieces everybody wanted, everybody wore and many of us will forget come next season. Take a look at our list and tell us what else was on your shopping list, and most important what are you going to keep for next year?
#Bomber jackets – one of my favorite trends, coming back to life season after season – hope to see it in 2017 too, there are some cool pieces that need to be worn again
#Chokers – everyone’s favorites, definitely here to stay as there are countless velvet-leather-metal combinations to be tried
#Metallic – skirts/blouses/bombers, whatever your heart desires. Should they stay or should they go?
#Off-shoulder blouses – so many shapes, so many cuts, so many outfits!
#Open back shoes – yey or ney?
#Oversized hoodies – just like the ’90s.
#Pijama look – in silk, velvet or any combination of the two. It’s a cosy trend so maybe we’ll just keep it.
#Straight leg jeans – even better if they’re two-toned or with a ripped edge. You can wear your pair with everything, so that’s that – they’re a keeper.
#Velvet – in clothes or shoes, 2016 was the year of velvet love. What about 2017?
