Insert Greenery – Colour of the Year 2017 in your beauty looks!

As you may have heard, Pantone just released Greenery as the Colour of the Year 2017. I will teach you how you can achieve my Greenery inspired make-up look and tell you about some easy ways to include this colour in your make-up routine.

#1 Prime your eyes: apply transparent or skintone primer – URBAN DECAY Primer Potion. Shop here

You can read all about primers in my previous post.

#2 You need two or three green eyeshadows and a transition shade. I’ve used INGLOT Eyeshadow in the shade 331 for the outer and inner corner (find it here), ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Fresh Green (shop here), a light green pigment for the lightest spot and Golden Ochre, also from ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS as a transition.

After you apply Golden Ochre in the crease, add the darkest colour little by little in the outer and inner corner and finish by applying Fresh Green in the centre and the pigment in the most central spot and on the lower lash line in the inner corners to catch the light beautifully.

#3 Finish your look with black Gel Liner applied on the waterline and a lot of mascara! For this step, I chose INGLOT Gel Liner 77 (shop here) and my favourite mascara, MAYBELLINE Lash Sensational (find it here).

In case this is too much green for you, you can also go for just a pop of colour on your waterline with MAKE UP FOR EVER’s AQUA XL EYE PENCIL in the shade l-34 Iridescent Pop Green that you can buy from here.
