Is this a scented dream for your home? I’s definitely say yes, as Byredo’s creator sure knows how to make you dream with just a sniff. Keeping it short and nice, here’s the news: the home deco giant has partnered with Ben Gorham of Byredo to create an exquisite line of scented candles.
“The way your home smells is very emotional and plays a huge part in how you feel while you’re there. It isn’t just about things being functional and practical, it’s the place where you come together with family and friends and make memories.” says Ben Gorham on his collection.
Not clear whether the products will be available in all IKEA stores or just selected few, but we are all allowed to dream of an enchanted winter. Carefully chosen, quality raw ingredients were used to create these memorable fragrances. They are divided into three categories – fresh, floral and woody – to help guide you towards scents that you like. You could even choose to burn different candles at once to create a unique scent.
There are 13 smells in the collection including Rose and Raspberries, Firewood and Spice, Peach Blossom and Bamboo, and Tobacco and Honey. After you’re done with the candle, you’re left with a ceramic pot, perfect for housing makeup brushes or other trinkets. Prices range from 5 to 25 dollars, depending on size.
