Two cult beauty brands are ready to show us their first collaboration. Kat Von D and Too Faced will launch Better Together on December 26.
The eye-shadow collection comprises two separate palettes—one from Too Faced and one from Kat Von D—that stick together magnetically. The Cheek & Lip Makeup Bag is a double-sided bag pet printed item that contains mini versions of each brand’s staple products, all in new hues. Each palette contains six eye shadows from each brand at the price of $65.
The new products include Too Faced Love Flush Blush in So Happy Together, a Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in XO, and a Studded Kiss Lipstick in Muse.
The Better Together Bestselling Mascara & Liner Duo, which includes travel-size versions of the famous Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara and Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper, will be sold for $20.
“There were so many makeup brands I grew up looking up to, and honestly, not a lot of them were very nice. I guess in our society it’s a bit challenging for people to be happy for one another or to celebrate one another instead seeing one another as competition.”, Von D told Allure magazine in an interview about KatVonD x TooFaced project.
